Ms JODIE HARRISON (Charlestown—Minister for Women, Minister for Seniors, and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault)- Each year I have the opportunity to present a Community Service Award to a year 12 student from each local high school in my electorate in recognition of their outstanding contribution to their school and community. The awards celebrate students who demonstrate leadership, compassion and a strong commitment to helping others. This year's recipients are Finn Callen from St Mary's Catholic College, Madison Taranto from Warners Bay High School, Guadalupe Chong Nee from Whitebridge High School, Mackenzie Bell from Hunter Sports High School, Nicola Smith from Kotara High School and Max Baldwin from Cardiff High School. Whether through academic achievement, sports, creative pursuits or volunteer work, these students have each gone above and beyond, making a meaningful difference to their peers and the broader community. I sincerely congratulate each of them on their well‑deserved recognition and wish them the best for the remainder of their HSC and beyond.
