Ms JODIE HARRISON (Charlestown—Minister for Women, Minister for Seniors, and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault)—Ennia Jones is making a real splash in water safety, and her work is now set to take her around the world after being awarded a prestigious 2026 Churchill Fellowship. Through A Splash of Colour Swimming, Ennia has worked to make swimming and water safety more accessible to adults who may never have had the opportunity to learn. Her focus is not simply on teaching people to swim, but helping them build the confidence to participate safely and enjoy the water throughout their lives. Ennia's Churchill Fellowship will take her to India, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Canada, where she will explore what helps adults move from knowing about water safety to actually taking that first step and participating. She will bring those lessons home to strengthen the work of A Splash of Colour Swimming and contribute to the broader Australian water safety sector. Ennia's passion, ambition and genuine commitment to bringing more people into the water safely have already made such a positive difference. Congratulations, Ennia. I cannot wait to see where this next chapter takes you and the ripple effect it creates back home.
