Ms JODIE HARRISON (Charlestown—Minister for Women, Minister for Seniors, and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault) (18:03): The future of Australian music is sounding better than ever, with Whitebridge High School band Trophy Wyfe hitting all the right notes as the winners of triple j's Unearthed High 2026. Selected from more than 1,000 entries submitted by high school artists across Australia, Trophy Wyfe have achieved an extraordinary result and brought national recognition to our local music scene. The trio, comprising Tallis, Neve and Rex, has been gaining attention for their distinctive blend of indie rock and post-punk, combining sharp riffs, driving energy and impressive songwriting. Their winning track, Spiders, stood out in a highly competitive field and received strong support from listeners on the Unearthed platform. I wish Trophy Wyfe every success as they continue their musical journey and work to release their debut album.
